Jared, who works for Cary, did a fantastic job of refinishing my hardwood floors, they applied an natural oil finish which turned out beautiful. I recently had some water damage to the floors in the kitchen, due to overflowing dishwasher. Jared came in again and fixed the damage and the floor again looks great. BTW, Jared is fantastic and gives really good advice on maintaining your floors. Heartwood comes highly recommended.
The owner Cary and his crew have installed and refinished floors at both my house, my grandparents house and several of my friends whom I referred them too. The crew are polite and efficient. Cary is a true artist and can do intricate designs in the floors ( my grandparents have a cool square design on their kitchen floor). Their work is guaranteed, the quality exceptional. Cary Accord and his crew did an amazing job of refinishing and staining my originally maple hardwood floors a beautiful,deep shade of walnut. Cary was impeccable with his work ethic and sense of craft and he and his crew were efficient in getting the large project that encompassed our kitchen, dining room, living room and family room done in the 8-9 days we scheduled to be out of town. There was minimal inconvenience for us and the result are beautiful floors that continue to be commented upon by visitors 2 years after the project. Cary and crew just refinished our kitchen and hallway floors and did a fantastic job. We were concerned because of countless deep scratches and discoloration from the dogs, but they look perfect and brand new again. Cary was on time, did the job perfectly and left the house even cleaner than when he arrived. And when we had questions or called, he was 100% responsive and helpful.
